Responsibilities:

In order to streamline the process for claim creation from different sources, an interface was required to communicate between the MBC Claims System and the SAP system. This was achieved by interfacing the MBC claims system and the SAP system using a web service call. The new claim request, pre-authorized claim requests and claim reversal requests were sent to the SAP system through this interface for claim creation and claim reversal respectively.
As part of the data migration process, there was a need to reconcile the data extracted from the legacy systems to the data loaded into the SAP system. In order to achieve this, multiple reports were developed with varying levels of details (summarized, detailed, field level verification etc). Was responsible for handling this report module of the project ensuring timely delivery of all the reports within the given timelines and adhering to the desired quality standards.
