Responsibilities:

  • Team Manager providing support for global SAP HCM installations at assigned clients. The teams were multi-national to provide support up to 24/7 for critical applications. Responsibilities included:
  • Ensuring team meets or exceeds all SLAs for contracted SAP and non-SAP systems/functions, including time, payroll, and benefits providers (KRONOS, Aon Hewitt, Merrill Lynch, ADP and other external payroll providers, etc.). This included break-fix, general maintenance, and minor and major enhancements.
