• 8 hour cutover window had to have a mirrored system instance strategy (two production systems conversion and swap).

• I was able to design and successfully execute the reorganization project, and do so within the allocated time window. This was a major feat, but proves anything is possible if you put your mind to it (we created 3 million new WBS in 2 hours using complex multi-AP server, dynamic parallel processing, some projects with 10K WBS )
