FPS MI Module: Fuel Pricing Services (FPS) MI provides information on Shell and competitor retail fuels pricing in thirty-seven countries across Shells global markets. This information is used to monitor the impact of Shell and competitor fuel pricing and assists the Global Pricing Group in setting and managing a pricing strategy to achieve Shell’s objectives for volume and revenue in a competitive market.
Credit MI Module: Credit MI provides strategic high-level information on the status of Shell debtors globally, allowing Shell to measure and manage its exposure – especially important in the current economic environment. Global PMR reporting will provide Credit with the capability to pull automated reports (with actual data) providing cross-border, cross-business, down to customer account level MI.
HSSE MI Module: The HSSE MI - Global PMR project will deliver a single global version of high quality MI to DS HSSE stakeholders in support of Group, DS, COB metrics and external information needs, like the annual report.
