  • A sub-type of Business Object BUS2005 was created for this purpose, and the BAPI-ALE interface generated via transaction BDBG to enable this.

  • When legacy system sends in a request to Cancel an Order, the interface first tries to see if it can set the DLFL status by using BAPI PRODORD SET DELETION FLAG. If it is not possible to do this, then the interface sets the system status to TECO using BAPI PRODORD COMPLETE TECH, and then sets the user status to CNCL using BAPI PRODORD SETUSERSTATUS
  • All Inbound Interfaces with an error status have Business Workflow enabled to send email notifications to the respective Agents . This has been set up using SWNCONFIG and scheduling SWN SELSEN report for extended notifications.
