Programmer Resume Profile
SUMMARY:
- I am currently working in the Workday 23 HCM system as an Integrations Consultant. I am Workday certified in HCM and Integrations, and anticipate being certified in LDP Lifecycle Development Program, previously known as Medium Enterprise by the end of Q1 2015.
- My prior experience is in the SAP ECC6 ERP system, primarily in the HR/Payroll area OM/PA and PY . I have served both as a developer and a functional/technical analyst. My most recent experience is that of an OM/PA technical analyst. I also have considerable experience with union benefit processing via T510 table and reporting through a custom Access process. I have extensive real-world experience in report writing, data analysis, mapping, and conversion. In addition, I have done development work in SAP ABAP on MSSQL Server. I also have several years of technical and functional experience with the Lawson HR/Personnel Admin and Payroll modules.
- My experience with SAP includes conversions from the Lawson ERP package version 7.x to SAP, both 4.6c and ECC6. During the 4.6c conversion, I was tasked with writing conversion programs for the Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable module and on the ECC 6 conversion I was responsible for the development of all of the Personnel Administration and Payroll conversion programs, as well as a custom Work in Process conversion module. I was also responsible for developing the LSMW code to load the legacy data into SAP. Having been involved in these processes, I have developed a good understanding of the SAP data and what role each piece plays in the system as a whole. My recent work in OM/PA has given me a good understanding of that module as well, and how it relates to payroll processing.
- In addition to my ERP experience, I have over 25 years of experience consulting and developing solutions on the AS/400 iSeries and its sister/predecessor platforms, working in RPG/ILE, CL, and SQL on those platforms. I have been involved in hardware sizing, installation and configuration, as well as custom programming and packaged software modification. I have also been involved with multiple system and software upgrades and conversions. My clients have relied on me for full-spectrum support of both hardware and software applications, as well as recommendations for non-iSeries hardware and software. My clients have come from various fields of business as well as the public sector.
- I am also a certified Project Management Professional, having completed the PMI certification exam in August 2014.
