Currenlty Leading the Financial transformation and S/4H 1809 Brownfield Implementation at Confidential Services along with SNP. Team size 10.
Oversee the Blue Prinitng Sessions to understand the current Business Processes and ToBe state.
Guiding teams of all modules in framing the Carve-Out Rules and Mapping for Data Migration with SNP team.
Following the Activate Methodlogy for project and Agile Sprints for all development objects.
