• The project scope includes the cloud-based solutions Ariba and Integrated Business Planning (IBP) as well as the S/4 HANA enabled business processes for Record to Report (RTR), Plan to Deliver (PTD), Order to Cash (OTC) as well as several other SAP solutions. GRC Access Control version 12 is being implemented to support Emergency Access Management (EAM), Access Request Management (ARM), Access Risk Analysis (ARA) and certain components of the Business Role Management (BRM) module.

• Over several years, Glen has led the GRC team through four go-lives, including Access Control integration with an Identity Management solution.

Responsibilities:

• Led a team of ten resources responsible for internal controls, user to role mapping and user provisioning for a large Confidential during a major SAP implementation, focused on Finance, Procurement and Service Delivery.

GRC Assessment Lead

Responsibilities:

• Confidential led the effort to gather the business requirements for a GRC solution.
• This was a 3-month project where we engaged with Business and IT groups to identify GRC solution requirements, including process and technology focused solution aspects. The key deliverables were presented to the business and IT leadership in January 2017.

• Led the upgrade to GRC AC 10.1 for a large utility company in a complex regulatory environment.

Internal Controls Management (ICM) Team Lead

Responsibilities:

• Confidential spent 5 years leading the Internal Controls Management (ICM) team, during a multi-year global SAP implementation and business transformation project at a major medical device manufacturer based in New Jersey.
• The ICM team was responsible for implementing Access Control as well as mapping users to business roles, identifying mitigating controls and developing the GRC rule set.
• Glen was also responsible for go live user provisioning, Hypercare support, and managing the ongoing production support team.
