Responsibilities:

  • Currently leads a team of fifteen resources responsible for implementing security, controls and GRC Access Control version 12 to support a major multi - year SAP S/4 HANA implementation.
  • The project scope includes the cloud-based solutions Ariba and Integrated Business Planning (IBP) as well as the S/4 HANA enabled business processes for Record to Report (RTR), Plan to Deliver (PTD), Order to Cash (OTC) as well as several other SAP solutions. GRC Access Control version 12 is being implemented to support Emergency Access Management (EAM), Access Request Management (ARM), Access Risk Analysis (ARA) and certain components of the Business Role Management (BRM) module.

  • The ICM team was responsible for implementing Access Control as well as mapping users to business roles, identifying mitigating controls and developing the GRC rule set.
  • Glen was also responsible for go live user provisioning, Hypercare support, and managing the ongoing production support team.
