- A Custom Program has been developed by using PNP Logical Database and SAP HR macros to populate the Info type 41 (Date Specifications) with Confidential specific service dates. The dates that need to be populated are: Benefits Eligibility Date, Confidential Service Date, Sabbatical Service Date, Bridge of Service Date, PTO Service Date. The program derives the above dates based on the hire, rehire, or acquisition dates that are populated through the hire or rehire actions. The program saves time during the hiring process and helps determine the dates based on logic built within the program. For employees whose dates cannot be derived through the program, an exception report is generated to resolve them manually.
- Payroll Retro Report: Develop a custom report to display the HR payroll retro in SALV. The report will capture data changes that occur after date range of the previous payroll period but are effective within the period/range for which the report is being run; all data changed in SAP after the IDOC is run. This report is used by payroll to update probusiness to match SAP. This report is run bi-weekly.
- Developed a custom SALV.report to provide the ability to download the any job changes for employees in SAP. The report will allow users to track 1. Promotions which are defined as an employee who has moved to a higher level grade from their previous grade. 2. Demotions which are defined as an employee who has moved to a lower grade. 3. Reclassifications which are defined as an employee who has moved to a job with the same grade. 4. Employees with Salary Changes which will pull employees who just have a change to their salary from one record to the next record.
