Responsibilities:

Working with the client to confirm business requirements. Responsible for timely and efficient communication with Client and Confidential internal team as single point of contact at Onsite.
Should have very good understanding of Incident Management, Change Control Management, Emergency Change control and User Provisioning with Security and functional/Technical accesses as per SOD.
Coordinate and monitor offshore team deliverables, and monitor and prioritize work to ensure project performance. Responsible for delivery within stipulated time frame with quality.
Responsible for organizing and leading a cross-functional SAP team in development of integrated business processes, implementing project deliverables, with an emphasis on quality, productivity, and consistency
Responsible for providing technical direction and control of project personnel and for providing a framework for project planning, communications, reporting, procedural and contractual activity
Developing work plans, managing deadlines and coordination of project team and sub-team activities
Should have very good working experience in functional areas like SAP FICO, SAP MM, SAP SD, PP, PM, SAP-XI, QM, Project Systems. SAP Finance with Project system Knowledge is very desirable
Should able to trouble-shoot the issues with other non-SAP Business Systems integrated with IR-SAP like KRONOS (Labor time charging) and Financial Institutes (JPMC) etc. Monitoring RFC for potential issues with interfaces.
Estimating project skill requirements, working with deployment to identify appropriate resources an managing their integration into the team. Defining and agreeing on deliverables and milestones
Should able to handle SAP Auditing, SAP Security, SAP Licensing and working with outside Vendors along with SAP team for new interfaces or other Business Proposal for Client.
Setting and controlling scope of SAP Managed Services Contract as agreed by Confidential and Client
Overall team management. Communicating status and vision to client management and other stakeholders
Risk and Issues management. Managing Contingency or Lag/Latency plan for other interfaces integrated with IR-SAP
Lead the day-to-day work of offshore team in the delivery of requirements or sub-systems under aggressive timelines, leveraging global delivery model for project execution.
Gather and analyze requirements for new projects and work requests and perform gap, risk and impact analysis.
Analyze, design, build and test complex or high priority solutions. Prepare design documents, test plans, test cases and review with subject matter experts.
Review technical work product and test results to ensure zero defect deliverables.
Support system testing, component integration testing and user acceptance testing.
Coach, mentor, and lead personnel within a technical team environment, and assess team member performance as required.
Liaise closely with client and support the development of bid proposals and RFP responses.
Manufacturing Industry domain Knowledge is advantage.
Knowledge related to Server management, SAP system details, handling and monitoring SAP Back-up jobs or export files and Disaster Recovery plan is very important for this role
Amazon Web Services & Microsoft Azure Knowledge will nice to have because in next phase IR is planning to move all SAP servers in cloud.
