• Created custom reports using Metadata Manager repository as a source
• Building universes and managing the check integrity options to ensure no syntax errors in universes
• Ensure no loops in universes, if any resolved them by creating aliases and fan traps
• Run batch jobs for loading database tables from Flat Files using SQL*Loader.
• Transporting universes and WebI intelligence reports and version control management
• Opened tickets in the Tracker for Reporting purpose to track all the Report statuses purpose.
• Created Process Chains for all the above data models that I developed to automate the loading process.
• Working closely with end user with info view and user training issues.
• Provided end-user training and knowledge transfer on all aspects on the implementation process.
