  • Internal Goods Movements Interface - DIF (Daily Inventory Feed) – Outbound delivery creation was achieved using IDOC message DELIVERYPROCESSING EXECUTE, while PGI was achieved using FM WS DELIVERY UPDATE 2. Goods movements like Stock Receipt to QI (503), GI Scrapping QI (553), GI scrapping block (555), Transfer Quality to Unrestricted (322), Transfer Block to Unrestricted (344) were mapped using WMMBID02 IDOC's to perform WM movements.
  • Sales Movements Interface - DAF (Daily Activity Feed) – Sales orders were created using IDOC ORDERS05 from IDOC-flat file interface for various sales activities, Such as Trade Sales (ZTA), Free Goods (ZFG), and Returns Goods (ZRT) etc. While creating SO, condition values are parsed via IDOC segments and VOFM formulas, which was key part of this interface.
  • External Delivery Movements mapping – ASN EDI 856 - Inbound Delivery IDOC – DELVRY03 was completely revamped to perform different set of function, for certain partner numbers. DELVRY03 IDOC was used to perform partial confirmation against process order and then spawn ORDERS05 to create Sales Order.
  • While an Invoice and an Accounting document getting generated (for a Logistics Transactions) some crucial information need to pass from SD to FI. This functionality was accomplished using SD-FI User exit - EXIT SAPLV60B 008 (ZXVVFU08).
  • Authority Object was developed to provide security around material master’s custom fields (SU21 / SU20).
  • Customer wanted to dictates, which Plant & Storage location should cater to his needs. This foreign requirement was addressed by explicitly specifying plant and storage location in Sales Order via IDOC processing using a user exit (EXIT SAPLVEDA 002 - ZXVEDU04).
  • Company Logo’s were converted into TIFF format and loaded into SAP for Invoice document.
  • Developed Forecast interface – This is a Flat file interface developed to send unconstrained finished products forecast data about distribution centers to partner APO system. S902 information is basis to build this interface.
