  • Configuration of data flow between CRM and R/3 (for Customers, Products, Sales Orders etc) through MW.
  • Added custom fields in CRM Sales and replicated them to R/3. MW BADI customization has done to achieve this.
  • Added Relationships to BPs during R/3 to CRM replication of BP Hierarchy.
  • Configuration of structured products (2 level BOM) from CRM to R/3. Mutilevel BOMs are configured to explode in R/3.
  • Configured Marketing project so that they can replicate to R/3 PS as WBS elements. Automated the process to make the WBS as statistical and assigned Cost Center through BADI. This allows automatic settlement.
  • Replicated pricing procedures from R/3 to CRM using MW to support pricing through IPC.
  • Prepared MW (R/3 > CRM) Tips & Tricks document for managing BDoc queues.
