SUMMARY:

Translating functional requirements into technical specifications and ABAP coding solutions.
Working closely with Functional Team to determine optimal programming solutions to issues.
Expertise in Native HANA development and ABAP CDS views
Experience in creating complex HANA views with aggregations and joins
Experience in SQL scripting and ABAP Managed Database Procedures
Developing ABAP programs and/or User Exits to meet functional requirements.
Executing system unit testing and supporting integration testing and regression testing for processes requiring ABAP programming or User Exits.
Providing support to rollout/implementation teams.
Documenting and controlling all changes made to the production systems via change control procedures.
Supporting custom development post implementation.
5+ years SAP ABAP experience with in - depth knowledge of general ABAP programming techniques preferred. Required Skill Set - ABAP on HANA, HANA modelling, OO ABAP, Gateway for OData service building, XML, REST Web Service, BAPI, BAdI, IDoc, Dialog Programming.
Practical experience with programming Function Modules, Object-Oriented ABAP, Gateway Services, User Exits, Enhancements and Dialog Programming preferred.
Experience with ECC upgrades processes including SPAU and SPDD.
At least 2 full life-cycle implementations using a recognized methodology required.
Working knowledge of SAP interfacing technologies (ALE/IDocs, BAPIs, flat-file interfaces) preferred.
Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of prioritizing workload to complete multiple tasks while meeting aggressive deadlines.
Strong communication skills (verbal and written) and presentation skills.
Strong individual contributor with advanced problem solving skills.
Must have strong design skills.
Work independently with minimal supervision.

Understanding of SAP POS processes
