- Leave implementation included several edit checks based on employee groups (for e.g. instructional, classified and administrative). Manager approval was implemented for any leave applications including changes and deletions. Several leave and audit reports were developed so that the payroll department could monitor the leave process. Managers were also able to request leave for their direct reports in instances where the employee was absent.
- Travel implementation included the creation and approval of expense reports. Several trip schemas (for e.g. in-county, out-of-county) were implemented.
