Responsibilities:
- I’m responsible to work along with the client and gather requirements from client. Develop or configure the client requirements based on business priority.
- I’m the prime owner AMS support in OTC and responsible for working on the Priority-1 & Priority-2 tickets and resolve them accordingly and provide RCA to the business on the cause of the issue.
