  • Payroll and Human Resource Tracking: Primary IT resource for the mainframe payroll and human resources tracking systems. The role’s responsibility included problem determination, application maintenance, and processing for these systems which tracked human resources and produced the hourly payroll and associated reports for 1100+ employees.
  • Logistics / Truck Scales: Application automated the weighing and reporting process for approximately 200 trucks daily. The system automatically recorded tare and gross weights for trucks loaded with product from Mosaic’s chemical plant. The system included a feature to pass shipment detail to the corporate SAP customer billing system.
  • Plant Laboratory Assay Tracking - Developed the Sapphire implementation which was used to record assay information collected and processed in Mosaic’s chemical plant control rooms. The purpose for the assays are to monitor the quality of product and adjust plant systems to achive maximum productivity.
  • Environmental Laboratory: Sapphire LIMS - Designed and configured the Sapphire implementation for Mosaic’s Environmental Lab with a feature which simplified the process used to align instrument batches with electronic data. An additional feature was integration with Mosaic’s multi-million dollar implementation of the SAP Envirionmental Compliance system.
  • Environmental Laboratory: Element LIMS - Provided a one-stop IT technical suport resource for this product and developed the integration between Element and the SAP Environmental Compliance system.
  • Sapphire and Element Spreadsheet - Developed a spreadsheet with a feature which retrieved the combineded the results from the dissimlar Sapphire and Element database tables and implemented a seamless interface for environmental specialists.
  • Environmental Compliance Scorecard - Designed and implemented a scorecard was a series of graphs and reports which simplified the task of tracking the status of the various features of the SAP Environmental Compliance system.
