Responsibilities:

  • Participant in 3 full cycle implementations of SAP of different business units with multiple sites in less than 1.5 years
  • During this challenging time kept 3 legacy systems operational and provided a more than 200+ user based with support.
  • Successfully converted master data from varied legacy systems into SAP. Huge effort expended to get the data “right” in legacies to avoid bringing bad data into SAP. Seamlessly converted the following data conversions: BOM’s, Inventory, WM Bin, Routings, Work Centers, Planning Hierarchies etc

Responsibilities:

  • Worked on implementation of EZChrom (Chromatography Data System) and Cyberlab in our scientific labs. Backup support person for these systems. Also, supported lab systems including LabVantage Sapphire LIMS system during co-worker’s maternity leaves in addition to regular job
  • Successfully implemented first corporate intranet site after prior attempts abandoned for many reasons. The site gave us a central area for employee information and reduced email box sizes.
  • Ensured warehouse system could pass regulatory needs by completing its FDA validation
  • Replaced warehouse system after 10 years on same platform. We used the same vendor but due to the leap in technology we treated this as a new implementation instead of an upgrade so we could think of it from scratch instead of relying on what had traditionally been done
  • During warehouse implementation replaced old RF network infrastructure with 2.4 Ghz system and new RF devices (LXE) as old ones been discontinued by LXE and were failing due to age.
