- Hired, led, coached, and mentored a team of employees and consultants to collect, cleanse, load, and support master data for demand planning, supply planning, production planning, purchasing, and distribution functions for the Global SNP implementation.
- Defined master data fields and processes in safety stock, target stock, lead times, product lifecycle, forecast signal flow (DP->SNP->ECC), and product Flow (Mfg -> end-tier locations) with the goal of right-sizing inventory, reducing obsolescence and lead times, and improving customer service.
