Supported upgrade of 300 DACs used by different cable providers in the United States by making database changes to the tables, stored procedures and triggers in the database.
Developed Linux scripts that support various tasks such as database maintenance and performance, including maintenance script to update table statistics to keep the system running efficiently.
Cooperated with help desk support to resolve customers problems with DAC application. When an older version of DAC database was shutting down infrequently, a workaround to reboot system once a week until database could be upgraded was recommended.

Designed new Credit Data Model based upon data coming back from Credit Bureaus, reclaiming almost 50% of a 200GB database where the data was stored.
