As RTR Lead, Involved in production support for FI (New GL, AP, and AR) and CO (CCA, PCA, and CO - PC) modules. Developed conceptual design documents for various in house small projects related to SAP enhancements. Involved in technical documentation of all configuration and end user training. Lead support team in India.
Banking change for EMEA - Setup all configuration needed for AP and AR. Configuration was for vendor payments, customer collections, and Electronic Bank Statement (EBS). Changes to house bank, bank determination, payment methods, DMEE changes, transaction types, and posting rules setup.
