Overview Purchashing Card Program
Warner Bros Corporate Application Services working in conjunction with Warner Bros. procurement group (WBPG) approved an assessment to upgrade and re-design our PCard program. PCard are typically used to purchase low-dollar, high-volume items for all divisions of the organization. I was nominated and entrusted to lead the effort as a Project Manager for the upgrade.
