- As lead developer, utilized System Development Life Cycle to create the Least Cost Routing System. The system consisted of COBOL/CICS/DB2 programs that processed transactions sent by a Unix-based web application.
- Gathered requirements for unfamiliar business area from users spread all over the United States.

- Created data model consisting of seven DB2 tables. Utilized MS Visio to diagram the model.
- Generated DB2 DDL modules to create tables.
- Designed system that processed 120 million telephone calls daily. This required very efficient use of disk space and database calls.
