- Developed a Payables Interface in Confidential Integrated Acquisition System (IAS) to import and validate Invoice data to make invoices ready for payment by Confidential using PL/SQL language. The Confidential IAS is composed of decentralized Federal systems New system handles both 2 and 3 way Invoice Matching using XML feeds. Previous Confidential process was to manually enter Invoice Data into the system.
- New system utilizes Oracle’s Payables Open Interface and all validation rejections are exported back to Confidential reporting systems.
- Using Oracle Application Framework ( Confidential ) altered the business rule logic using Jdeveloper of Oracle Financials Vacation Rule screens in iProcurement module to implement new Confidential policy to allow only persons with equal or higher approval authority to approve Purchase Requisitions of Confidential employees on leave.
- Provided technical expertise during Confidential Office of Procurement Technical Team meetings.
- Made enhancements to existing Apex 4.2 Applications and created new Apex 5.0 applications.

- Oracle EBS R12 Upgrade including reimplementing all Confidential AP Payment process in new R12 Confidential Payments ( Confidential ) module from old retired R11 AP Payment module. All Payment modules required new scripting for SSH encrypted file transfers written in PL/SQL. Performed developer and oversaw user level testing.

- PO Buyer POSigner Java App - Java app used by Confidential Purchasing Department Buyers to apply their hand signatures to Purchase Order PDF and to digitally signed the PDF with their PKI Certificate before sending to our vendors. Streamlined the Purchasing process and increased security to eliminate risk.
- Enhance previously delivered system discussed below. Based on new requirements from other Financial Departments that wish to utilize this tool, re-architect the design. The gathering, renaming, and placement of files into category directories are now performed internally and a zip file is produced. Zip files of archived files are transmitted to http web server so files can be retrieved by users from their Internet browser eliminating the setup of FTP Server on users’ computers. Written in PL/SQL.
- Technical Lead role during install in 2004. Continue as Technical Lead role, in past year instrumented several major upgrades of the vendor-provided software and several major dataloads as Confidential has rolled out system to various financial departments. Recently have trained other staff to allow myself to work on other projects.
- Heavily parameterized (39 parms) UNIX shell script that provides friendly easy-to-us migration interface to move customized changes to Oracle E-Business Suite Application Object Library entities in a repeatable and reliable fashion during software migration or upgrades. A wrapper for Oracle's FNDLOAD syntax intensive command to export and import AOL entities.
- Worked with Bank of America to design, implement, and test interface. Solution included PGP encryption, UNIX Shell Scripting, Active FTP protocol, and PL/SQL packages.
- Lead role from Requirement phase to Delivery. Financials Users can request copies of their financial reports for any period; the reports are transmitted to user’s PC or department’s archive system for placement on storage media for future inspection by auditors. Replacement for large bulky monthly report binders required for auditor inspections. Developed further enhancement to call JAVA PDF Library to convert reports to PDF format before transmittal. Written in PL/SQL.
