• Each Confidential Release provides increased functionality to support these activities for a higher percentage of Confidential ’s customer base. • Confidential development has a small talk front end, MQ series middle ware, DB2 Backend.
• Development team has both front End and back End developers. The backend application is written in VS Cobol II. All activities in this department are classified as initiatives, Referrals and Trouble tickets. Referrals and trouble tickets are production issues raised by testing teams through Lotus notes. Initiatives are new business requirements that will involve new coding or enhancement of existing functionality.
