  • Development and Production support of web application built in Mendix. The application processes insurance orders and medical exams from call centers for healthcare and insurance companies.
  • Worked in Agile Environment with daily stand - up meetings, provided updates to ensure next build release met the business requirements and deadlines. Development in Mendix involved working on stories: creation of design documents, performed code changes with unit testing, and attended Code Review with developers before commit to main branch. Performed deployment of new release to Mendix Production and Test environments.
  • Worked in ticket system environment using FootPrints and ServiceNow as ITIL user for all work done: Followed ticket workflow process for development/code changes, created work requests/tasks, Production monitor, research to resolve incidents on daily basis, assign tickets to correct department/team, update ticket of issues reported/resolved, and verified completed tasks before closing tickets.
