These projects included working with Marketing, Sales, Customer Support, Field Engineering and multiple development teams, both on and off-site.
  • Technical Lead for a project for Ford Motor Company to integrate the web with Confidential and Confidential dealership systems. The web sites allowed the customer to search for an open service appointment, schedule an appointment, and receive confirmation of their appointment. In addition, the dealership’s files would be updated to include the forthcoming appointment. I worked closely with the team who developed the Java framework to handle parsing and processing of the inbound and outbound XML files.
