I am a former Confidential veteran and a software developer with 20 years of programming experience. Recent experience includes 3 years of working with the ASP.Net framework, front and back - end web development with VB.Net/Web Forms, MS SQL and IIS 7. EMPLOYMENT:
Full-Stack Web Developer

Responsibilities:
- Setup IIS 7 on the internal web server to deploy the web site.
- Developed a MS SQL database to support the application and centralize data.
- Created SQL queries, complex Joins and stored procedures as needed.
- Created front-end user interfaces with HTML, CSS, JavaScript and Bootstrap framework.
- Developed on the back-end with ASP.Net, VB.Net and Web Forms.
- Developed CRUD operations for various departments to interact with data as required. Provided individual and group access privileges to allow or deny levels of interactions.
- Developed data integration capability with remote client’s property management servers, using a combination of RESTful/WDSL/SOAP API calls to transmit and receive XML data.
- Data integration provided the billing department with the ability to receive up to date residential information and prepare billing charges to be sent directly to the client’s management software saving time and labor.
- Worked with GemBox.Spreadsheet®, a .NET component for conversion and uploading of spreadsheet files and for exporting of data and reports to Excel.
- Automated the billing department’s monthly and quarterly recurring tasks and assignment workflows greatly improving efficiency from prior spreadsheet processes.
- Developed call center customer call tracking, service call assignments and reporting. Prior to this calls were received and messages sent by E-mail or hand delivered to service representatives. Call center managers had to manually keep up on which issues were being handled and by whom. Now they have a management screen with lists of service calls and information pertaining to the call and who the service issue is assigned to. Managers can see in real time calls received and assign issues to service representatives who will be notified via E-mail.
- Developed custom import mapping from Excel spread sheets to import property information, units and installed equipment to the database. One manager can import hundreds of potential new property listings for sales to follow-up with for new contracts. Import maps can be saved and recalled for later use.
- Maintained version control with Git for Windows and maintained documentation of new features and changes to the application.
- Given development goals and an outline for development, it was my responsibility to gather requirements from department heads and input from users to form the final design.
- Responsible for quality assurance, debugging and testing of all development work and maintenance after release to live server.
