  • Sample Preparation/HiSeq run
  • Next Generation Sequence technique and bioinformatics (including algorithm details behind many bioinformatics tools)
  • Develop LIMS for the lab. The LIMS integrates the records for each step in Next Generation Sequence (NGS), from sample receiving, library construction to QC, HiSeq run, bioinformatics and result reported record. All records were saved in MSSQL and my colleagues can access the LIMS via any browser but with various accessibilities for these records. I also construct my company’s current website in Wordpress/PHP.
