Project: My school tasks System
Environment: PHP, SOL database, Manual Testing
My School tasks system has developed a simple tool called “projects.” This tool allows students to
create a schedule or timeline for a long term assignment. The student can identify each step that
needs to be completed and assign it a corresponding date by which it must be completed. Useful files
and documents can be uploaded to the project too. There is a “status” field where the step can be
marked “complete” or “incomplete” or “still working.” The projects tool even has feature to
accommodate group work on a long term assignment. The term “resource” refers to other group
members who may be added to the project. This is a helpful tool for an assignment in which the
group members are dividing up responsibilities. As each piece is completed, the student marks it so.

The EMS software allows for mapping an event to the various tasks and subtasks. The EMS software allows for mapping a task to the various volunteers. The EMS software maintains a volunteer database, task and subtask database. The EMS software generates standard reports for the use of the Event Manager to track the Event progress and updates at any point in time. The EMS software has the capability to produce several ad-hoc/on demand reports. The EMS software was developed in a. NET environment.
