Responsibilities:

• Confidential News - responsible for feature development work on the Confidential Home page as well as the article pages and the Default Home Page and New Tab Start Page in Edge.
• Additionally, responsible for dev operations with Confidential sites in multiple data centers across the world. These sites must maintain high availability (99.99%) since they are some of the largest in the world in page views and generate billions of dollars in ad revenue every year.
• Recently, I worked with external partners to design and implement a new Privacy Management Platform that allows Confidential to be compliant with the new European Union privacy laws and guidelines. This industry leading initiative has had a significant revenue impact of millions of dollars per month. Additionally, I am a Confidential advocate and subject matter expert for accessible UI on all features.

• Senior Developer working primarily with the Web Sites team developing and maintaining site features for Confidential .com, Confidential Live and Confidential Support sites as well as integrating Zune.com and site wide search aggregation.
• Also designed and implemented the Help system responsive UI for Confidential One. This utilized a single code base for devices from mobile to large screen tv’s.
• In parallel I created a content management system to allow game developers to create their own Help files on the Confidential One. All of the Help system work was done under a tight deadline of 6 months.

• Senior developer on the Global Homepage Engineering team. Responsible for primary development efforts within the team and assisting as needed as a technical expert in UI/UX for all Confidential international teams.
• Additionally, was tasked with developing and instituting organization wide coding standards and documenting UI optimization techniques as well as mentoring developers on other teams.
• Awarded Gold Star for driving Customer Satisfaction in 4th quarter 2008
• Created new and innovative style of site template that allowed markets to create more flexible and intuitive layouts for their individual sites. After implementation sites like Confidential .uk increased their visitors by up to 15%. This layout style was later adopted and incorporated into Confidential tools across the board.

• Contracted as a Software Developer on the Confidential international Portals team. Responsible for updating and maintaining Web features for all of the Confidential international home pages. Acted as subject matter expert in enterprise level CSS and UI.

• Senior UI and middle tier developer for the 1x version of the Confidential Online Signing Experience. Responsible for design, documentation, scheduling, implementation and deployment of all web based aspects of the product.
• Created new features which allowed dynamic account branding using CSS JavaScript/AJAX and ASP.Net thereby fulfilling requirements for several of Confidential ’s' largest accounts.
• Designed and implemented the "In Session" UI signing experience which allows partner accounts to use the Confidential API seamlessly from within their own web based applications.
• This implementation also allows easily configurable branding and text. Retooled the 2.0 version UI to use dynamic layouts and web standards, reducing the amount of code by approximately 75% and greatly increasing maintainability and cross browser functionality.

Responsibilities:

• Primarily responsible for development on the Confidential /Applied Discovery ORA (Online Review Application. This application enables clients to complete electronic legal discovery of documents often numbering in the millions within a fraction of the time of conventional discovery.
• I also Identified serious bottleneck issues in the 1.52 version of the product and implemented middle tier and UI fixes that helped to boost performance and stability in document review by over 50%.
• Designed developed and implemented modal page handling code that reduced user error and increased page usability by a significant margins according to customer feedback reports.
• Additionally, I designed and created new navigational and informational paradigms for upper level navigation in the ORA to allow one click navigation throughout 80% of the application.

Lead Web Application Developer

Responsibilities:

• Lead Developer responsible for the middle tier integration and front-end design, development and implementation of Confidential Process Manager (an enterprise level, web-based application that creates and manages business processes and workflow). Including software lifecycle management, information architecture, usability, and documentation.
• Also responsible for all aspects of the Confidential corporate web site, including design, development, maintenance, content management, statistical tracking and performance.
• Under a 3 week deadline designed and implemented an entirely new user interface for the RPM suite of products. Using DHTML and XML technologies, the new interface improved application performance by a factor of 30-50% and allowed code reuse throughout the application- saving development and maintenance time for current and new features.
• Successfully integrated Crystal Reports RAS into the RPM product allowing a cost reduction of $40,000 per license of the RPM product. Created a new XML based Web structure and content management system for the Confidential .Com web site allowing non- technical users to add update and maintain web content.
• Worked with Global 500 clients in the UK and US to deliver on critical application customization requests in a multi-phase, mission critical context resulting in a 97% end user satisfaction rate.
• Using hybrid Desktop/Web HTA and Windows Script Host technologies created the Confidential Dashboard implementation thereby allowing real time monitoring of process events.
• Additionally, I created an industry first graphical system to allow the product users dynamic, real-time insight into process data and structure.
