Establishing and heading the Microsoft practice in Confidential, I was responsible for migration of the entire application from the Java platform to the Microsoft .NET Platform for the Cloud. Was involved in gathering the requirements through the BA, translating it to High-level & Low-level design, developing PoCs, building up a team proficient in the technologies involved, recruitment, technical mentoring, training, technical-support team, coding and developing core solution components and proof-of-concepts. Serve as a reporting interface to the old Java based R2 application. I was responsible for conceiving the architecture as this had to be able to connect to disparate systems as they come up. Being the first development in Confidential on Microsoft Technologies, I had the task of recruiting and mentoring a strong development team to rise up to the task of delivering the application on time. Also, I had to come up with a development model and process for the company to aid in future developments. I was responsible for the development of the Microsoft Practice in Confidential .

Was involved in the design and development of the CDI and Single Sign On module using Windows API and message mapping. Also designed the Inventory and Replenishment module of PN involving interaction with the automation devices. Owing to the complexity involved, I was also involved in the coding of a few core functionalities in these modules. I was working onsite for 6 months for this project at the Confidential Healthcare facility in Hadley, MA as Technical Architect. On completion I returned to India to execute the project.
