Responsibilities:
- Worked on a development team of four to develop the second version of the Coding Application. This version allows coding users to directly add medical codes to the dynamically generated form data of risk assessment evaluations of patients.
- This eliminated the need for PDFs. We also added CDI integration to the application, which streamlined the processes of the two departments.
- We upgraded the application to Angular 5.
- We replaced the Angular 1 specific widgets with the Angular Material 2 components. We utilized Redux to manage the state of the application.
- The redesign of the application significantly improved the user experience, and improved accuracy and efficiency of the coding team.
- Partnered with a development team of four to create a web application for our internal CDI team.
- The application allowed the CDI team to query the provider for any changes that may have been missed in the patient evaluation.
