Confidential, is a new FM application that will be replacing Concept. Financial data will be stored in Verisae related to work orders created and fixed for stores. This will then need to feed into Oracle SSP, although the 1st phase will involve extracting this information and sending it through as a flat file which will be manually input to SSP. Currently there is a contractual payments file which is produced periodically as well as a “pay as you go” payments file which is also produced periodically, however the business would prefer if this could be done at least weekly or whenever the user requests it.
Although we would eventually want to automate the complete process we would currently need to produce a flat file which will then be manually input into Oracle SSP.
