  • Responsible to re-design, develop, fine-tune and migrate existing ESB infrastructure from FIS Datacenter to new secure24 datacenter to support growing transaction volume and to achieve desired SLAs.
  • The new infrastructure should be easily scalable, highly available and most reliable open-source based architecture initiatives to improve and restructure its business processes. Responsible to provide HA (High Availability ) solution by implementing clustered environment to load balance and failover for high throughput using virtual IP through BigIP F5 load balancers (GTM & LTM) .
  • Assisted and provided roadmap to midlevel to executive management to implement new ESB infrastructure with disaster recovery capabilities using IBM SOA stack ( WMQ, WMB, WAS & DataPower ).
  • Responsible to provide secure communication solutions between actual TD Bank network to TDAF secure24 datacenter network by using hybrid ESB architecture model using DataPower XG-45, XI-50/52 devices and also to external vendor. Enterprise Architect

Confidential, Chicago - IL

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible to design, develop and implement new MQ7 enterprise level infrastructure to support a message volume of 14 million transactions per hour roundtrip from various internal and external MQ clients .
  • The new MQ communication infrastructure should be easily scalable, highly available and most reliable to support 99.99% SLA's of Northern Trust. Support, implement and thoroughly test TNT's new direction to migrate to Linux based virtual environment in two of their datacenters (WPC & NPC) and the clients (DataStage, WebLogic, .net, WebSphere and vended applications like JCAP, Golden Source) from both datacenters will communicate with datacenter specific solo MQ independent software clustered infrastructure using either by MQ native classes for Java or JMS.
  • Datacenter specific MQ infrastructure acts and processes as sole MQ environment with independent MQ clustered multi-instance environments to minimize traffic between the datacenters and existing MQ environment will participate in overlapping MQ software cluster. Both BigIP F5 GTM (3DNS) and BigIP F5 (LTM) load balancers will provide high availability to MQ clients to connect to MQ infrastructure which seamlessly connect and failover to any of the clustered queue managers.
  • MQ multi-instance queue managers will provide high-availability and faster recovery of transaction state which uses NetApp and NAS volumes for faster recovery whos data will be replicated across datacenters if any of the queue managers fail. Designed, implemented and tested an architecture which will support 23 Millions transactions per hour across two different data centers. Provided publish/subscribe solutions wherever needed with both clustered and hierarchical pub/sub topologies across the enterprise and also designed scalable solution to FIFO sequencing related interfaces. Involved in design and test VMWare's VMotion failover which will provide seamless hardware failover of VM's Guest.
