  • This application was developed for the Global Banking Group in Jacksonville.
  • Maintained two websites, one for the Internet called the MLCC Client and the other for Intranet for the employees called CreditAdvisor.
  • These websites/applications were used by the Financial Advisors and provided information regarding the different mortgage products available to them and detail about each.
  • Tools like a mortgage comparison calculator were also provided.
  • The mortgage comparison calculator allowed the user to compare up to 3 products. It also allowed users to print the results and sales fliers along with a cover letter. The application also pulls the current rates and APR information from a SQL database.
  • The SQL database is updated using a DTS package that runs as part of a batch process. The DTS package pulls data from a csv file that contains the current market rate and APR information and updates the corresponding tables.
  • This csv file is downloaded every night from the third party vendor, PHH. The Internet application is personalized for the clients and loads the client related information from the database. All the static content in the website is managed by CMS.
  • Congratulatory emails for the FAs and system alerts are also built in to the system.
