- Developed HECImaging system, a Windows/Web system that virtually turned the Health Eligibility Center into a paperless environment using .Net/C#, MS SQL server, AJAX. These applications work directly with the OPEX scanners, process and OCR scanned documents, then auto-index processed documents, forwarding scanned files to different departments for processing. The successful of these applications were widely recognized by the Health Eligibility Center and the vendor that provided the scanners. - Developed Workload Reporting and Productivity (WRAP), a main and major system for the Health Eligibility Center (HEC) to process Veteran’s benefits eligibilities. The system has passed all FISMA / OIG security requirements and been issued a full Authority to Operation (ATO) as a VA Major application.
