Designed the process for development of Internet Marketing IM sites for BMS. This role also doubled up as being the onsite coordinator between onsite customer teams and development team offshore. During development, one of the additional responsibilities included setting up an iterative and interactive methodology during the architecture design phase when user inputs and Product manager inputs were aggregated to come up with a solution. Multiple products of BMS required distinct sites, and instead of coming up with a customized site design, a tool based approach was used to increase reusability and minimize maintenance. Launch.Net 3.5 frameworks is based on .net framework 3.5 and uses WCF for exposing web methods for user registration, subscribing alerts, find a doctor, URL encoding and decoding. Usage analysis, site utilizing and hit ratios are implemented using common HTTP Module across sites.
Architected and designed an e-Library application which is the KM Knowledge Management solution for citations journals internally published within BMS. This system, customized using MOSS with SQL Server 2005, features rich Search mechanism, with workflow based document creation/update and document content management.
Gathered requirements for a customized project management application and designed it. The application is based on MOSS stack. It is used to manage global, regional and local set of planned tasks required to accomplish projects, tied together by a program. This is used internally at BMS.

- The PMT is a web-based intranet application used to maintain Sappi NA pricing at the business user level, and convert and upload this information to the SAP pricing scheme.

- Tool helps business users in Rule-based approval process, allowing full transparency in pricing ownership and auditing.

- Price maintenance at a normalized level to manage combinations of pricing features more effectively and a separate system means controlled interaction with SAP, making use of available processing time for uploads and providing consistent, independent application performance during peak SAP usage.
- A web based Opt-In process is therefore required to prompt the system's assigned owner, to select Service level assigned to the system, Software package installation options, Software Update installation options.
- The resulting values and selections are to be stored in a unique SQL database and also in the SMS database so that collections are created based on AD group where these settings are recorded, queries and web reports can be created based on these criteria.
