Responsibilities:

Worked on trade - exhibitor registration websites for specific period delivery due dates. JavaScript and jQuery (event-driven) functions were used to manipulate the UI for drop downs and other input forms. Methods were imported that applied discounts for the registration fees. My job was to add features such as user’s virtual badges with JavaScript. Mockups with client requests were handed over to me by an event manager and the goal was to meet all expectations for the client.
I had to trouble shoot email errors, usernames or passwords that were not working. Sometimes the SQL database needed adjustment. All work needed to be tested and be ready for the client live production site.
Setting up the registration forms and payment forms.

Responsibilities:

Consultant for Walgreens: Worked on the Balance to Rewards section, that section consisted of users daily exercises activity logs and devices used.
Worked on a micro-service project, for converting Angular code base to jQuery & React, I started off my role by testing for React code style guide via SonarQube. I later worked on the jQuery conversion of this project.
I started on the production site getting user information through API’s from Walgreens. I made the calls using AJAX jQuery.
Based on the user information I used jQuery to show the user activity logs, devices connected and other user data based on the type of user. I used jQuery, and JavaScript functionalities for that.
Displaying messages on the web pages based on the connected devices and user info.
Participated in scrum meetings daily as well as working in Agile XP environment.
Exposure to Drupal with React - a project for Discover, and a POC React PWA for the client MARS.
