OBJECTIVE -- Web-Database Software Developer. Offering a long history—over twenty years experience--of successfully completing varied projects on-time (and done right the first time).

I have over ten years experience building robust, feature rich web applications (using PHP5, MySQL, AJAX, javascript, jQuery, XHTML, css) as well as modifying, enhancing and troubleshooting a large PHP/MySQL application package (Advokit).

Before my web work, I worked for about fifteen years in large (50+) programming staffs, on large, complex mainframe applications – mainly modifying, enhancing, debugging and troubleshooting the Airline Reservation System.

It takes more than just technical know-how to create a good, usable web-site. It takes the ability to work effectively with the people that will be using the web-site. It takes a person that can learn, understand and grasp the users\' business needs and make suggestions to make their work easier.

* Recent Work
Examples of my recent work can be viewed on my web site: BillMalone.biz. All were my own idea and creation. Mostly these were as a result of a need I perceived and I thought a web-database program could make a task easier or could solve a problem.

* Why Bill Malone
I am comfortable and effective working independently and with co-workers and end users. I am able to work closely with users to understand their needs and problems in order to develop usable D.P. solutions.

While most of my experience has been in large companies and large applications, lately I have been developing a wide variety of small but innovative and creative applications. I have often taken an idea or general concept and developed a very useable product.

I like the challenge and problem solving of programming. I have a strong work ethic and the perseverance to do the job -- and do it well.
