  • I was responsible for resolving issues with their custom applications (I took their open trouble tickets from over 200 down to 2, both of which were left open for tracking purposes only).
  • I also reviewed Lawson patches and extracted the pertinent components that I could apply to their static payroll applications.
  • This involved troubleshooting the applications and finding the source of any issues.
