Application presented all customer data in real time and allowed for automatic account provisioning, deletion, as well as IP based access control.
  • Helped develop Dr. Hippo, a HIPAA compliant tool that allowed customers to send health protected information securely over a public network (internet). This tool was written in VB6 and used 3rd party encryption and compression components.
  • Developed a web service in ASP.NET allowing Confidential to remotely manage licenses on its customers’ servers. This service allowed Confidential to disable/enable the customer remotely in real time.
  • Developed an online knowledge base (help) application using ASP.NET with SQL Server backend. Customers were able to search the help files. Application allowed being privately branded by Confidential partners.
  • Developed an Intelligent Status Notification application, allowing Confidential to set rules by which customers are notified of certain events, such as failed data backups, excess usage, bills, network statuses, etc. This software would let Confidential create e-mail templates and then automatically generate emails based on the rules set. Application was written in VB.NET with SQL Server backend and utilized a third party e-mail component.
  • Developed a high performance ActiveX control allowing monitoring the server performance and creating a failover mechanism in case of hardware failures or denial of service attacks. This application was written in VB6.
