SUMMARY

Lead front - end developer for all content pages on Dentalcare.com with primary focus on the continuing education (CE) courses. The CE courses are the #1 traffic aggregators to the site.
Interface with non-technical content providers in converting their original work from disparate print media formats to web ready format in compliance with the Dentalcare.com established protocols and principles.
Provided leadership in tutoring the website development team of P&G personnel and other site vendors on how to work within the Interwoven TeamSite Content Management System (CMS) dat the Dentalcare.com site was migrated to in 2011. I developed the workflow processes for working efficiently within the CMS tool in building the content pages for the site.
Served on the QA and UAT testing team whenever the site was migrated to new back-end server vendors and content management systems.
Lead developer in creating and building the P&G electronic journal, " Confidential of Contemporary Dental Practice". I worked closely with the Editor of Confidential in the production of the content. I established and maintained the server for Confidential and was responsible for all QA testing and reporting monthly web traffic metadata to the Advisory Board. Confidential was accepted for inclusion into the National Library of Medicine's PubMed database. Confidential was highly acclaimed amongst dental professionals and had successful run of ten years (1999 - 2009).
Consulting web development member of the Dentalcare.com Advisory Board from 1998 - 2008. Built a PHP Forum site (drnadv.org) for the Advisory Board members to communicate with each other throughout the year.
