  • Developed and initiated process improvement initiatives utilizing Microsoft Excel to combine data from multiple AT&T databases to engineer spreadsheets for outside plant technicians, improving current production of spreadsheets by 60-80%.
  • Managed teh tracking and completion of multiple projects utilizing Microsoft Excel and AT&T databases to aid in teh deployment of AT&T fiber.
  • Engineered both copper and fiber optic installation schematics for AT&T telecommunication services utilizing system databases and CAD.
  • Diagnosed inoperable computer relaying audible sounds (beeps). Teh audible beeps corresponded to a code given off by teh system, teh code corresponded to either a video graphics card or corrupt/malfunctioning memory module. I removed and replaced both memory modules on teh motherboard, and upon turning on teh system, regained full functionality of teh computer system.
  • Diagnosed an HP laptop that became inoperable due to teh BIOS battery. Teh entire operating system lagged and once teh BIOS battery was replaced it regained full functionality.
  • Replaced an inoperable network card whose network card connection broke and became lodged into teh motherboard connection. I removed teh network card connection from teh motherboard and replaced teh network card. I tan reattached teh motherboard connection and regained full functionality of teh wireless capabilities.
  • Utilizing a switch and network extender, I redesigned my home to create a cascade for teh internet as it creates a dome and further strengtaned teh Wi-Fi throughout teh house and allowed physical locations in teh most critical areas of teh house via ethernet. Teh ethernet lines were ran to multiple areas of teh home and teh RJ-45 connections were manually installed utilizing punch down tools.
