• OTD - Car Dealers signup and can add car deals with 30 different fields of information including pricing. Members signup and can do searches on car deals filtering on those 30 fields along with pricing. Created cron jobs that run daily to execute member searches and send them emails if matches are found. Another cron job that updates statistics for dealers on numbers of times their ads came up in searches and also how many times they were clicked on.
• Nyprep - Online school with courses and tests. Course with 18 chapters and approximately 800 course pages in those chapters. Created chapter timer so users had to spend minimum time on chapter to continue. Each chapter also has a test with 10 random questions drawn from 100 in database. Users also have to score 70 on the test to continue.
• Draperiesbysandi customers fill out detailed forms which are bundled into an order and then are submitted to the website owner for a price quote. Owner sends quote back to client with an automatic link where they can pay the price that was quoted for the total order.
• Gcommerce Template template for Ecommerce sites to load thousands of products in multiple categories and subcategories using easy input forms to enter data into the database. Product pages had different content displayed when visitor clicks on different tabs and also a custom created review system .
• BBT Event Calendar client sells bike tours in NYC. Created site where he can load tours and they are on calendar on proper month and day with color coding by event type along with custom pricing and times.
• Woocommerce DB customer has a drop-ship website where he sells 20,000 products from 2 different vendors. All product details are provided and updated by vendors on XML or CSV files. Created solution that would load all product details from these files and then update all of the different fields in the multiple Woocommerce database tables that are used for products.

• Researched all fixed price services provided at plant, interviewed team members on time spent, equipment used and support levels provided to develop system support prices. Created 300 page SOW document describing all services to be provided, with supporting text and metrics along with pricing for those services approximately 1.8 million / year . Maintained the SOW on an annual basis.
• SOW Analysis - Machine Tool Division
• The local customer was questioning the charges being billed in the SOW. Assisted local management in defending this ongoing revenue by performing a detailed analysis on 5 years of source documents and changes to the local agreement to rebuild the SOW pricing detail was nonexistent which was presented to the customer. All revenue was retained.
• Expense Analysis at Willow Run
• Created a process for visiting plant sites and analyzing their financial records in great detail to assist local management in answering upper management questions about the site's financial performance. Discovered that the forecasted expenses were overestimated and also acquired credits for expenses that shouldn't have been incurred lowered forecasted expenses by 56k per month .
• SOW Central Update Team
• Helped develop a project plan to centralize the annual update of 40 SOWs. Created a training class and instructed the update team on the update process, SOW guidelines, history and pricing. Was available to the team as a Process Expert on all SOW questions. Improvements over prior updates included the documents being completed on time and greater accuracy and consistency.
