Installed and tested Siebel IP2014, (HI and OpenUI), Web Client and Tools during Siebel upgrade from version 8.1 HI
Installed and tested OPA, (Oracle Policy Automation), 10.4.5 for the DEV, TEST, and PRODUCTION environments at department of labor.
Responsible for Siebel configuration, scripting, (both server and browser scripts), troubleshooting workflow processes, troubleshooting integration objects, writing SQL used to select, update, and delete data.
