• Employed as a software developer for Kelly Services working on a contract Confidential. to enhance and optimize their claims-processing software. The claims-processing software is currently utilizing Powerbuilder 12.1 frontend and connects to a Microsoft SQL Server 2008 R2 backend. Added in new claims processing functionality to the existing claims-processing application to enhance the functionality in how claims are currently processed. Assisted in the implementation of a new batch processing functionality that allowed reviewers/users to access groups of claims as a record set versus processing each claim as its own record set. • over as the Task Leader for two online financial/procurement systems for the Confidential Development HUD Office of the Chief Procurement Officer: the HUD Procurement System HPS and the Small Purchase System SPS . Managed the technical staff for the requirements analysis, estimations, enhancements, system maintenance and providing assistance to the Help Desk utilized by both systems.
