• Worked on a team of 4 experienced analyst, developer, testers utilizing skills in JCL, TSO, NDM aka Connect Direct to transport data from the FDR Merchant Services mainframe to mainframes and distributed platforms in a variety of other worldwide locations. This was a very high priority effort requiring the development of 360 new mainframe jobs which had to be done before the end of month cycle 9/30 . We had all code laid down and unit tested by 9/15 and systems/acceptance tested before the month-end target date.
• Documentation and change control functions were also done using Endevor and CA-7 Scheduler and moved to production as part of the above effort. Teresa Skinner, director over the FDR unit responsible for the project wrote very complimentary letters to Technisource attesting to our expertise and professionalism.

• From 1997 to 1999, trained 9 recruits in the tasks needed to be able to identify and make the hundreds of thousands of lines of code changes needed for Y2K.
• Full business analysis and requirements gathering for HIPAA compliance required an effort nearly as comprehensive as the Y2K effort a few years earlier when migrating to the 4010 record format. Utilized Compuware's Dev Enterprise toolset to identify those programs, copybooks, files, databases, JCL members needing changes for full HIPAA compliance.
• Performed the conversion of historical data existing on the mainframe to necessary format needed by Informatica Electronic Data Warehouse EDW . Migrated same data to the Integrated Data Store IDS environment for archival purposes.
• Converted most mainframe based file transfer functions from Connect Direct aka as NDM to SFTP using the Tumbleweed Secure transport tool as well as PERL scripts.
