The AAD is used t evaluate and measure mentally challenged student's achievements in different academic subjects, such as English, math, reading, etc.
• Summer Workshop Application - SWA Confidential Education Div. As the Project Manager, I manage the overhaul and implementation of a new, modified application for Educators t successfully apply online for classes that offers a quick, easy, and time efficient means of applying for the current School Year SY summer curriculum courses.
• Budget Formulation File Mgmt. System - BFMS Confidential Resource Management Division , a web-enable intranet website I written for the Resource Management Division. This application written in Coldfusion oversees the data calls for the Presidential Budget PB and Budget Estimate Submission BES for the Resource Management Division. The BFMS application saved the agency budget constraints t our overseas offices in Europe, Pacific and DDESS Domestic Dependent Elementary and Secondary Schools in the CONUS. Additionally, the BFMS saved the use of paper consumption, reduced bandwidth, email traffic and served as a portal site that saved the agency over 23,000 per year. There was a need t ascertain control of school safety, school terrorism and emergency preparedness planning in the schools, and communities. I was able t build a website that was cost-effective t access the National Security Offices data banks for important forms, administrative instructions, etc., t enable joint warfare against terrorism. The DoDEA Security Office is now able ascertain vital information and share information from other secured and non-secured national security websites for the collection and distributed t our HQ's office and overseas DoDDS Department of Defense Dependents Schools security offices.
