  • During my time with Confidential I was tasked with providing remote technical support, both on the Lacerte software, as well as hardware and network support.
  • I provided database troubleshooting and repair work for high end customer clientele that utilized Intuits Lacerte software.
  • I solely developed a deployable script to perform work that would typically be performed by an agent through remote desktop or over the phone support, this script turned a typical 20 minute job into a matter of seconds with little to no work by the clientele.
  • Additional tasks were troubleshooting installations and performance of the Lacerte tax software, as well as providing network configuration recommendations for multiple instances of the software in one environment.
